What do you do when you hit the deck and break a collarbone at mile 45 but the finish is at mile 120?
Thug it out, Slowly and cautiously at times.

@therifticeland was everything you’d expect and so much more. Every second of the race course had insane views to offer new terrain around every corner. This race should be #1 on everyone’s bucket list.

My race started off pretty well. Hung with the lead group for the first 20 miles before getting popped on a climb. Shortly after, lost a little air in my front tire and had to hit it with a pump and got rolling again with a solid second group.
Then hit the deck HARD at mile 45. Stood there for a few minutes and contemplated life. Decided to get on and try to ride 12 miles to the next aid station. Made it there and took a few minutes to decide if I would keep going. Decided to hop back on and push to the finish. Ended up 31/58 in a time 7:41.
